Today’s been spent on site doing admin. Now that the house has been let out, we’ve had to let the utility companies and others know. Being outside of the UK, this is a lot less straightforward than you might think, as everyone except the local council has an 03 (non-geographic) telephone number which I can’t dial from Spain. Typically I’ve had to go on the company’s website, have a “live chat” with someone and then have someone else ring me. Very tedious! But that’s all done now and out of the way. Carol has been a lady of leisure today 🙂
The weather today has been dull with not much sunshine at all, so the canopy and garden chairs remain unused. Tomorrow we’ll be going back into Valencia and hope to do a walking tour round the city. With a bit of luck, the rain will hold off.
